Our continued development of the B8 platform is not limited to FMIC kits or Turbo kits, our new catback exhaust system is a testament to this. The CTS Turbo B8 S4 catback exhaust system is hand welded using the finest T304 stainless steel.
Each CTS B8 S4 catback is 100% TIG welded, constructed using T304 seamless stainless steel, and includes stainless steel mounting hardware and clamps. Lesser products can be purchased without stainless steel construction or with seamed stainless steel, which can crack and deteriorate over time. The CTS Turbo B8 S4 catback increases throttle response and peak horsepower.

NOTE: From 2012 onwards, Audi started using a SoundAktor system.
1) A speaker at the base of the windshield. This speaker is activated in dynamic mode. This speaker produces a false entry sound.
2) Stereo system sounds. These sounds should produce a sporty exhaust note and are on at all times, regardless of the selected MMI mode.
To disable SoundAktor, you must remove fuse number 5 in block A of the driver's side fuse box. This will disable the system without causing a check engine light or any fault.
This fuse is labeled “Exhaust Sound Actuator/Tuner” in your owner’s manual. REFER TO YOUR MANUAL FOR FUSE LOCATION.
When installing our performance exhaust system on SoundAktor equipped cars, we recommend removing this fuse or disabling SoundAktor via VAGCOM.
