CTS TURBO MK6 GEN3 EA888.3 JETTA CATCH CAN KIT

CTS Turbo is proud to offer the best catch can solution for the MK6 Gen 3 Jetta GLI and Gen 3 Jetta 1.8TSI. The oil catch can is used to prevent oil vapors from entering the intake manifold and clogging the intake valves on direct injection engines. Oil deposits in the intake manifold and valves reduce performance and cause poor fuel consumption. Keep your MK6 Gen 3 Jetta clean, running smoothly and enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing that the PCV system in your car is now problem free.

This catch can is one of the most efficient systems available, it has been extensively tested in our VW Jetta GLI 400hp workshop

The kit includes:
• CTS Turbo Billet Aluminum Valve Cover Breather – CNC machined from a single block of T6061 aircraft aluminum.
• CTS Turbo Billet Aluminum Catch Can with Oil Dipstick
• Black-Series Braided Hoses -10 AN
• Oxidized can mounting bracket
• Hose clamp
• All installation hardware is included, factory PCV gasket must be used.

Not compatible with aftermarket/upgrade motor mount.

Kit suitable for:
• 2013.5+ MK6 Gen 3 Jetta GLI 2.0T with black engine cover
• 2013.5+ MK6 Gen 3 Jetta 1.8TSI with black engine cover
• 2013.5+ MK6 Gen 3 Beetle TSI with black engine cover

NOTE: Check the motor mounting bolt, it should have a pin for the latch to mount to. If you have a flat bolt, you will need to purchase this double ended pin: N91029602 (See secondary photo)

NB: During the winter months, the fluid inside the catch can may freeze and cause damage to your engine. Extra attention should be paid to the fluid level or you may choose to remove the catch can for a while.
