CTS TURBO MQB GTI OIL CATCH CAN KIT (MK7 AND MK7.5)

CTS Turbo is proud to offer the best catch can solution for the MK7+ GTI & Golf. The oil catch can is used to prevent oil vapors from entering the intake manifold and clogging the intake valves on direct injection engines. Oil deposits in the intake manifold and valves reduce performance and cause poor fuel consumption. Keep your intake valves clean, your engine running smoothly and enjoy the peace of mind that your car's PCV system is now problem free.

This catch can is one of the most efficient systems available, it has been extensively tested in our 600 hp VW Golf R workshop.

The kit includes:
• CTS Turbo Billet Aluminum Valve Cover Breather – CNC machined from a single block of T6061 aircraft aluminum.
• CTS Turbo Billet Aluminum Catch Can with Oil Dipstick
• Black-Series Braided Hoses -10 AN
• Collector can mounting bracket dHose clamp
• All installation hardware is included, factory PCV gasket must be used.

2015-2021 MK7 and MK7.5 facelift VW GTI
2015-2021 MK7 VW Golf/Alltrack/Sportwagen 1.8TSI
2019-2022 MK7 VW Jetta GLI 2.0T
NOTE: Check the motor mounting bolt, it should have a pin for the lock to be mounted. If you have a flat bolt, you should buy this double stud: N91029602 (see pictures)

NB: During the winter months, the fluid inside the catch can may freeze and cause damage to your engine. Extra attention should be paid to the fluid level or you may choose to remove the catch can during sub-zero temperatures.
