The Evolution Race Header Set converts the slip-on system into a complete, track-ready system and gives the Porsche GT3 RS the extra performance to match. The handcrafted titanium headers incorporate 100 cpsi sport catalytic converters and titanium flanges — cast in Akrapovic’s own foundry. The system delivers a seamless power curve, designed to continually increase performance as the revs rise. Along with improved torque and maximum weight savings for improved handling, adding the Evolution Race Header (Set) will make the car perform like a true cup racer — with a deep, loud and powerful Akrapovic racing sound to match its performance. When installing optional Akrapovic aftermarket link pipes with sport catalytic converters or without catalytic converters, which are designed for closed-course use only, ECU remapping is mandatory. When installing the Akrapovic aftermarket exhaust system, developed for closed track use, we recommend remapping the ECU to avoid possible "check engine light" warning signals.
