CTS Turbo is proud to release our 180mm crank pulley upgrade kit for the 3.0T FSI.
The CTS pulley upgrade has a larger diameter than stock and is made from precision billet T66061 aluminum. It replaces the original pulley's two-piece design and also reduces crank rotational mass, freeing up horsepower.
The larger diameter pulley will increase the speed at which the compressor rotates and increase the boost pressure output. The increased boost pressure in conjunction with the updated ECU software results in a dramatic increase in horsepower and torque across the entire power band. This will not add stress or excessive wear to the compressor or engine components.
NOTE: This kit must be used with the appropriate “Stage 2” performance software.
Stage 2+ Performance Software (not included) will allow you to get the most boost and power from your 3.0T by safely optimizing the product's air-fuel ratios
