CTS Turbo is proud to release our 187mm crank pulley upgrade kit for the 3.0T FSI.
The CTS pulley upgrade has a larger diameter than stock and is made from precision billet T6061 aluminum. It replaces the original pulley's two-piece design and also reduces crank rotational mass, freeing up horsepower.
The larger diameter pulley will increase the speed at which the compressor rotates and increase the boost pressure output. The increased boost pressure in conjunction with the updated ECU software results in a dramatic increase in horsepower and torque across the entire power range. power. This will not increase stress or excessive wear on the compressor or engine components.
NOTE: This kit must be used with appropriate "Stage 2".
Stage 2+ Performance Software (not included) will allow you to get the most boost and power from your 3.0T by safely optimizing air-fuel ratios, timing and boost pressure.
