CTS Turbo is proud to release our 192mm crank pulley upgrade kit for the 3.0T FSI.
The CTS pulley upgrade has a larger diameter than stock and is made from precision billet T66061 aluminum. It replaces the original pulley's two-piece design and also reduces crank rotational mass, freeing up horsepower.
The larger diameter pulley will increase the speed at which the compressor rotates and increase the boost pressure output. The increased boost pressure in conjunction with the updated ECU software results in a dramatic increase in horsepower and torque across the entire power band. This will not increase stress or excessive wear on the compressor or engine components.
NOTE: This kit must be used with the appropriate “192mm pulley Stage 2+” performance software. Upgraded heat exchanger is required!
Stage 2+ performance software (not included) will allow you to get the most boost and horsepower from your 3.0T, air-fuel ratio, boost timing and pressure.
Most Stage 2+ software songs are compatible with this kit. Please make sure you are using the correct software for the 192mm pulley selected.
