CTS Turbo is proud to announce the release of the BOSS600 for FSI (timing belt driven engine) owners.
After a long and tedious R&D process, our engineers finalized this turbo upgrade kit to create a modular package capable of producing over 600 hp and with long-term reliability.
At the heart of our aptly named BOSS (Bolt-On Speed Solution), the FSI upgrade kit uses our own CHRA, which is installed in a proprietary CTS exhaust housing. The housing is carefully cast and machined in-house to be compatible with any downpipe and the scroll area is designed to be approximately 0.63AR. This results in excellent boost response and eliminates any potential restriction.
Don't be fooled by other manufacturers putting a bigger turbo in a stock box. It's not beneficial, and that's why we made ours!
Custom oil/water lines complete this kit for simple, trouble-free operation.
Custom molded silicon hoses connect the turbo to the turbo outlet and inlet pipe.
Currently the BOSS turbo upgrade is only compatible with the CTS Turbo intake, however other air intakes may work - unfortunately we cannot provide guidance for installing other manufacturers intakes.
You can use a CTS Turbo or other billet diverter/blow off valve. Only the OEM or CTS turbo outlet pipe is compatible at this time.
MK6 Golf R or 8P Audi S3 will require a DV lock plate, see below.
