CTS Turbo is proud to announce the release of the BOSS600 for GEN1 EA888 TSI owners.
After a long and tedious R&D process, our engineers finalized this turbo upgrade kit to create a modular package capable of producing over 600 hp and with long-term reliability.
At the heart of our aptly named BOSS (Bolt-On Speed Solution), the TSI upgrade kit uses our own CHRA, which is installed in a proprietary CTS exhaust housing. The housing is carefully cast and machined in-house to be compatible with any downpipe and the scroll area is designed to be approximately 0.63AR. This results in very good boost response and eliminates any potential restriction.
Don't be fooled by other manufacturers putting a bigger turbo in a stock box. It's not beneficial, and that's why we made ours!
Custom oil/water lines complete this kit to provide a hassle-free installation.
Custom molded silicon hoses connect the turbo to the turbo outlet and inlet pipe.
Currently, the BOSS turbo upgrade is only compatible with the CTS Turbo intake. However, other intakes may work - unfortunately, we cannot provide guidance for installing intakes from other manufacturers.
You can use a stock, CTS Turbo or other billet diverters/blow off valve. Only the OEM or CTS turbo outlet pipe is compatible at this time.
