The optional Akrapovic Sound Kit allows owners of selected Akrapovic exhausts to control the sound of the system from the cockpit of their car. Using Akrapovic technology, drivers can easily switch between quiet mode and a sportier sound. Using a receiver to trigger the actuators that open or close the valves at the end of the exhaust system, drivers can use the Sound Remote Controller or the new smartphone app (for iOS and Android) to adjust the valves. Installation notice: The Akrapovic Sound Kit is a mandatory part required for the installation of the Akrapovic exhaust system (slip-on, link pipe set and diffuser) on Porsche Carrera 991.2 models equipped with standard non-sport systems without valves. If the vehicle is equipped with a non-sport system with valves, the Sound Kit is not required. Please read the instructions carefully before starting the installation. The images are symbolic.
