Racingline Turbo Elbow
The Racingline Performance High Flow Turbo Intake is designed as a simple upgrade to significantly increase airflow into the turbocharger. It is the perfect complement to our R600 Intake , the stock airbox or any other aftermarket intake system.
A simple installation, the Racingline Performance High Flow Turbo Inlet is a large diameter, free-flowing inlet elbow, CNC machined from billet aluminum to replace the small and restrictive plastic factory inlet.
Without it, the potential of any high-flow intake system is wasted because any smooth-flowing intake charge has to slow down to get through the tight, restrictive bend of the factory part.
The result? Back-to-back comparisons to the stock elbow on our airflow testing bench. We saw some surprisingly significant increases in horsepower and torque with the installation of the Racingline Performance High Flow Turbo Intake as a result of the faster turbo spool and the increased airflow it generates. You can also hear an improved turbo sound, which is another benefit for any enthusiast.
Observation
If you plan on using this item in an Ibiza 1.8TFSI, Polo 1.8TFSI or Audi S1 2.0TFSI – You will need to purchase an additional PCV breather tube.
