APR is pleased to introduce the ultimate booster hose upgrade for MQB platform vehicles with 1.8T and 2.0T engines!

The APR Boost Hose System is a comprehensive, direct replacement upgrade to the factory rubber hoses found in the charge piping system. The system includes a multitude of improvements designed for maximum performance, longevity, and insurance against power-robbing boost leaks. The system is sold as a complete kit and individually and is fully compatible with the OEM system and upgraded APR intercooler, OEM throttle body, and all OEM turbochargers.

This system includes the turbo outlet hose.

APR engineers took a multi-step approach to optimizing the hoses to minimize leaks, reduce turbulence and other performance degradations. Four-layer silicone was used because it provides the necessary thickness and strength characteristics to push well beyond the engine’s capabilities. A fluorosilicone inner liner was added to ensure the hoses will not deteriorate rapidly over time when exposed to oil and gasoline from the PCV and EVAP systems. The included stainless steel Clampco T-bolt clamps prevent hoses from coming loose under high pressure and high temperatures; the silicone adheres to its mating surface, further minimizing leaks and hose slippage. APR’s EZ-Flow stepped design creates a smooth airflow path, reducing turbulence in stepless designs. Finally, silicone provides improved heat resistance compared to rubber, extending product life and ultimately minimizing failures. The result is a hose solution that directly replaces factory rubber hoses and maintains performance under extreme conditions!

Fluorosilicone Inner Surface: A fluorosilicone coating on the inner surface is highly resistant to oil and gasoline permeation, providing an extra layer of protection against hose deterioration.
Clampco T-Bolt Clamps: Stainless steel T-bolt clamps. Decreases the risk of reinforcement leaks with increased connection strength.
