Racingline Carbon Fiber Rear Wing Brace for VW Polo Mk6 (AW) GTI (2017+) – VWR810003

Modern cars like the Polo AW and other MQB A0s have a very rigid laser-welded body. At the front, the chassis is very rigid between the suspension struts, but at the rear there is much more chassis flex, which negatively affects the vehicle's handling under heavy use, especially with stiff suspension. This is why cars like the Golf Clubsport S get a rear strut as standard.

The new RacingLine Rear Body Brace solves this problem by locking the crucial critical points together. The RacingLine Rear Body Brace uses solid billet aluminum mounts clamped to the beautiful ultra-rigid carbon fiber crossbar that dramatically stiffens the rear of the chassis.

  • By reinforcing and tying the rear strut towers together, the brace helps maintain proper suspension geometry under heavy cornering loads. Remove body flex and the suspension geometry can perform as designed.
  • Despite the additional rigidity, this improved handling performance occurs without sacrificing ride quality or introducing any additional noise, vibration or harshness into the cabin.
  • The clever design means installation is simple, using existing body mounting points, with no drilling or trim removal required, and is completely reversible.
    • <"bullet-arrow"> Compatible with rear seats up or down (or removed completely). Full interior can be maintained even with rear brace installation.
