Cat Downpipes (SS) have been tested and developed in conjunction with the Slip-On Line (Titanium) system. Constructed from high-grade stainless steel, this optional addition to the Slip-On Line will increase the exhaust note, and take horsepower to new heights. Equipped with Sport Catalytic Converters, installing this option will increase engine performance and add an audible enhancement for all to enjoy. Providing improved exhaust flow, the downpipes take the 911 to new heights. When installing optional Akrapovic aftermarket downpipes with Sport Catalytic Converters or without Catalytic Converters, which are designed for closed track use only, ECU remapping is mandatory. When installing the Akrapovic aftermarket exhaust system that is designed for closed track use, we recommend ECU remapping to avoid potential “check engine light” warning signals.
