CTS TURBO MK6/A3/TT 2.0T GEN1 TSI CATCH CAN KIT

CTS Turbo is proud to offer the best catch can solution for the Gen1 EA888.1 2.0TSI engines.

The oil catch can is used to prevent oil vapors from entering the intake manifold and clogging the intake valves on direct injection engines. Oil deposits in the intake manifold and valves cause reduced performance, poor fuel economy and can damage the fragile intake flaps and engine. Keep your Gen1 TSI running smoothly, cleanly and enjoy the peace of mind of knowing that the PCV system in your car is now problem free.

The kit includes:
· CTS Turbo billet aluminum valve cover breather – CNC machined for a beautiful finish
· CTS Turbo Billet Aluminum Catch Can with Oil Dipstick
· Black-Series Braided Hoses -10 AN
· Mounting bracket for oil collection container
· Modular intake manifold plug
· Hose clamp
· All rear PCV hardware. Complete bolt-on installation.

NOTE: Check the motor mounting bolt, it should have a pin for the latch to mount to. If you have a flat bolt, you will need to purchase this double ended pin: N91029602 (See secondary photo)

Not for vehicles with charcoal canister.

To install this catch can with CTS Turbo engine mount, order CTS-HW-426 (mounting bracket)

Not compatible with Noise Pipe - please select the noise pipe delete kit from the drop down menu if your car comes with noise pipe.

NB: During the winter months, the fluid inside the catch can may freeze and cause damage to your engine. Extra attention should be paid to the fluid level or you may choose to remove the catch can during cold weather.
