This exhaust is designed to deliver performance, exhilarating sound and driving pleasure without compromising comfort. Constructed from high-quality, lightweight titanium, the Slip-On Line (Titanium) is over 47% lighter than the stock sports exhaust. Two sets of beautifully finished square titanium tailpipes with black interiors are coated for durability and scratch resistance and relay the sound of the lightweight system. The exhaust is custom designed to control the engine's gas flow and deliver a perfect sound: a V8 throb at low RPMs that gradually evolves into a rich roar as the RPMs increase, creating an auditory delight. The two pipes connecting the left and right sides of the system have different diameters to provide greater rigidity to the system and enhance the overall sound experience. The pipes are fully insulated to prevent any excess heat from affecting other parts of the car. Featuring seamless throttle response and delivering a 3.4 kW (4.6 hp) power increase @ 5,250 rpm and a 8.2 Nm torque gain @ 3,100 rpm - when tested on the Akrapovic dyno against a Corvette Stingray with a stock sports exhaust system. The ECU needs to be remapped and the system is intended for race track and closed circuit use only. Optional link pipe sets - with or without catalytic converters - are available to further upgrade the Slip-On Line (Titanium) system.
