Providing an impressive sensory experience, this lightweight exhaust is beautifully crafted from high-quality titanium and finished with an eye-catching design of two pairs of titanium and carbon fibre tailpipes. The exhaust valve – with its housing cast in the internal casting – gives the exhaust note a richer and higher frequency than the original, especially when changing gear, all combined with a smooth sound that enhances the car’s engine tones without any discomfort or buzzing for the occupants. A specially designed perforated header pipe on the valve side eliminates streaming without compromising the distribution of the pressure pulse, thus delivering a more powerful sound. Lighter than the original due to the use of titanium and a different configuration, the design and construction of the exhaust leads to optimised power and torque levels across the entire rev range. The optimised exhaust flow path provides greater tuning potential, something that can be further realised with the addition of the optional Evolution Link (SS) pipe set. When installing the optional Evolution Link pipe set (SS), the ECE type approval for the Slip-On Line exhaust system (Titanium) is no longer valid. The ECE type approval is only valid for cars equipped with an otto/petrol particle filter. To install the Slip-On system, the original exhaust system must be cut through. Read the instructions carefully before starting the installation. Installation notice: This product can be installed on the CLA 35 S Shooting Brake models.
