Racingline Performance Oil Management System - B9 3.0TFSI - S4/S5/SQ5
Not all catch can kits are created equal! RacingLine's impressive Oil Catch Can system has been designed exclusively for Audi's B9 platform S4, S5 and SQ5, as well as other Audi models equipped with the 3.0 TFSI V6T (EA839) engine.
RacingLine’s V6T Catch Can system replaces the factory PCV with a gloss black billet PCV replacement block. This features two separator towers with internal baffles and also deletes the failure-prone factory PCV check valve.
The new PCV block also incorporates a nice billet oil filler cap - not only nice to use, but also ensures no more oil leaks from the factory plastic cap.
The PCV block feeds the Catch Can itself through two -6AN hose lines. These oil lines feature nylon u-braiding reinforced by a stainless steel inner braid for maximum resilience.
The Catch Can is constructed from extruded 6061 aerospace aluminum, then CNC machined before being coated with a unique 'Liquid Titanium' anodized finish.
The Can's three-way baffle inserts efficiently collect excess moisture and oil vapor to keep the intercooler and intake tracts free from long-term oil residue buildup.
For improved engine efficiency, it ensures cleaner airflow to the intake manifold via the breather return hose, connected to a factory specification 'Norma' quick release fitting.
The beautiful Catch Can incorporates pressed aluminum brackets to locate the can at the rear of the engine, adding a great deal of style to the look of your car's engine bay.
It even includes a detent point for the factory engine cover.
There is a dipstick at the top of the can for quick level checking, and the can allows for easy disassembly for thorough cleaning throughout its service life. Assembly is straightforward and a complete fixing kit containing all necessary screws and O-Rings is included.
