Polo GTI, Ibiza and S1 Racingline Hi-Flow Intake

The Racingline Performance High Flow Turbo Intake upgrade kit is designed as a simple upgrade to significantly increase airflow when running an IS20 or IS38 turbocharger in the Polo 6C and Ibiza 6P 1.8TSI.
The kit consists of our Hi-Flow intake elbow as well as a silicone intake tube specific to the 6C/6P models! It's the perfect complement to our cold air intake, stock airbox, or any other aftermarket intake system.
A simple installation, the Racingline Performance High Flow Turbo Inlet is a large diameter, free-flowing inlet elbow, CNC machined from billet aluminum to replace the small and restrictive plastic factory inlet.
Without it, the potential of any of that flow is wasted because any smooth-flowing intake charge has to slow down to get through the tight, restrictive bend of the factory part.
The result? Back-to-back comparisons with the stock elbow on our flow bench reveal a dramatic improvement in airflow. We saw some surprisingly significant increases in power and torque with the installation of the Racingline Performance High Flow Turbo Intake as a result of the faster turbo spool and the increased airflow it generates. You can also hear an improved turbo sound, which is another benefit for any enthusiast.

A kit for LHD cars is coming soon. Some customers have installed this kit on LHD cars, but it requires minor modifications to the Turbo 90 intake.
