Porsche PCM3.1 Camera Interface

This interface allows you to install a rearview camera to your factory navigation system. Once installed, video from the factory TV tuner can be viewed while the car is in motion instead of only when stationary. The internal DVD player cannot be viewed.

Important note
Only suitable for PCM 3.1 (with navigation)
Not suitable for CDR-31 (no navigation)

Select INFO
Press OPTION
Press on SYSTEM VERSION

Rear camera function coding
Turn on the ignition
Wait until the main unit has initialized
Press and hold the HASH KEY/MODE steering wheel button
Press and hold the ACCEPT steering wheel button (note the sequence!)
Hold both buttons. During setup, the red and blue LED flashes inside the CAN box (visible at the 8-pin Molex connector). The PCM does a reset after 5-10 seconds.
Release both steering wheel buttons
The red and blue LED inside the CAN-Box glow and the Rear View Camera menu appears in the OPTION menu after successful coding
